Why learn with me?
I am a professionally trained chef with over 20 years' experience in the food industry and for the last 5 years I have been making celebration cakes from my farmhouse kitchen in Eastnor, Herefordshire. Whilst I love baking and being creative, I also enjoy working and creating with people. My exceptional skills, experience and patient persona allow me to share my skills in a relaxed environment.

I believe that cakes should taste as good as they look; therefore I make all of the components myself, using the best ingredients and this ethos continues in my classes. I will demonstrate skills and techniques thoroughly and answer all of your questions along the way.
