I make unique & delicious cakes to order for any celebration.
For me a beautiful cake has to taste great too and that's where I believe my niche lies - I make all of the components of my cakes myself starting with the actual cakes, the jams & curds, any edible decoration be it mini meringues or macarons, and finally the icing - Swiss meringue buttercream; silky smooth and not sickly sweet. But don't just take my word for it! I pride myself on my excellent customer feedback and my lovely customers regularly come back to me for cake after cake - see some customer testimonials below.
I use excellent quality ingredients from producers with similar provence values as myself including Shipton Mill flour, real butter, British sugar & local free range eggs.

When it comes to design I am inspired by the changing seasons, nature & many forms of artwork. I love creating modern buttercream textures on cakes and I particularly love to use fresh flowers to decorate my cakes, many of which I grow myself in the summer months or I source from a local grower who avoids the use of chemicals.
As well as a variety of different sized cakes to feed anything from 10 people - 200+ people, I also make a selection of other delicious bakes and afternoon tea boxes (minimum orders apply).
